Home Inventory:
It may be time for and insurance checkup!  When was the last time you had your homeowners insurance reviewed?  Does your current policy provide adequate coverage to replace your home and personal belongings?  Here are some things to consider:

• Know what type of insurance policy you have and what it covers
  
• Your homeowners policy DOES NOT cover a flood – do you have a flood policy?
  
• Have you added a fence, gazebo or some other type of structure?  Is it covered adequately on your policy?
  
• Do you operate a business out of your home?  If so, will your current policy cover the office equipment and business property?
  
• Is your home in good repair?  Check gutters, shingles, windows, electrical systems, etc.
  
• Do you have jewelry or other valuables that need to be on a floater?
